Haven't been to a boiling point in years and found this one nearby! The plaza is going through construction but don't be alarmed, there is still parking and the restaurant itself is not going through construction. Didn't have to wait too long for a table for two and maybe the construction outside deters some people? Haha I got the lamb hot pot which is packed full with mushrooms, tofu, fishcake, vermicelli, pickled mustard greens, blood cubes, and has a poached egg. I forgot that it already includes some vermicelli inside and asked for vermicelli instead of rice. So I would recommend the rice on the side instead but was funny to receive a little prepackaged vermicelli. Guess they sell their own line of products! Im also not sure for how long this is going on for, but it's bogo teas! I loveee their old time delight milk tea. It does have to both be the safe drink FYI. And you can add on boba additionally. Always a decent spot for some chilly weather food. I do always dislike how shallow their pan is and that I need to ask for the fire to be turned off half way because it's too much. But the food is pretty decent and service is okay not bad not great. They also have a lot of sauce choices and I'd recommend the garlic sauce and the bean paste!

I'm honestly surprised how good this place was. It's located in the corner so it can be easy to miss (if you dont count the crowd of people around the entrance). It was my first time there, and there was a bit of a wait. There is a touchscreen attached to the front, so you would just put in your phone number, and it will assign you a number via text. Then, text you again when your table is ready. When you receive the text, make sure you have your entire party present because the staff will take you right to your table. It's not a very large restaurant but it's clean. Just one aisle with tables on either side but still plenty of space to move around. They have this super cute robot that goes down the aisle and stops at the designated tables. Then the staff comes and hands out the food. Really organized. The food was also really good. Portion size is generous. Definitely more than enough to share with at least one other person. Service was also really good. There are always at least one or two waiters walking around that you can flag down if you need anything. Also, this probably goes without saying, but DO NOT touch the platter, especially when it is heated underneath! If the platter is slightly tilted and you think it might spill, flag down one of the staff to help you. They know how to shift it without touching cause it will be very hot! I would definitely come back here again.

Great lunch special! Comes with a free drink! Either green or black iced tea and they are both yummy! The drink is perfect in cooling you down (both from the heat and the spice) XD We got the beef and lamb, and they were both delicious! I loved the lamb the most! Beef was already spicy (it comes mild already), so only add spice if u can handle it. I'm not the biggest hot pot person, but this place was great! Their restrooms however were DISGUSTING. Refrain from the bathrooms if u can

Super yummy food! This place hits the spot for sure on cold rainy days, and I'm not the only one who thinks that! I came about an hour after they opened on a Monday once and there was still about a thirty minute wait. I'm not a huge fan of their check in process as it gives you a number vs Yelp, where you can check your place in line. It can be pretty confusing, but they do also send a text when it's almost your turn so that's nice! Good ambiance, it doesn't ever get too loud, which I like as I can still talk to my bf. I do have to knock down a star though because service can be slow. It's quite clear they are understaffed, so I am pretty patient about it, but it can take a while to place your order and get your check if you're there during rush hour. The last two times we've gone, I noticed one of the trainees being a super star out there. He was running around everyone making sure everyone was attended to. I don't remember his name unfortunately but I hope he gets his flowers for being amazing! I typically order the beef hot soup (least spicy because I don't handle spice well, hahah) and it really hits the spot. It's beefy and the noodles with the soup is the perfect combo. They are very generous with the meat portion! I always wish I had extra fish cake though, haha. Overall, I would still come back, but only if I'm really craving it and have the time. I hope that they are able to bring on more staff and it is the closest BP to us.

It's starting to become cold which means time for comfort meals I got the beef mild and Tin got the Taiwanese Spicy. For those that loveee spicy food, the Taiwanese Spicy is the way to go. I usually don't get a drink but I was craving their Hokkaido Milk Tea which hit the spot Even Tin liked it which is rare. I also like getting the Korean Bean Paste! Beef and Korean Bean Paste are my two top choices! They just remodeled a bit so the ambiance is nice and the service is ok! There are robots now that come with the pots but you have to wait for a server to come to get it off the robot which Regardless m, good food!
